Walkies

Garry & I did a bit of walking Sunday and Monday.

Sunday we walked along the prom till we came to our old road. Then we looked at our 1st house together. It looks sad and rundown. It has double glazing but it looks like the tacky brown wood effect stuff. The stained glass window of the landing is still there though. I would love to go in and see what it looks like now.

Monday we decided to walk to the ASDA, 30min walk that's not bad. It took us 1.5 hours to get there. (If he tells me he knows a short cut I'm not going to believe him again.) After ASDA we went to the park and had picnic. that was very nice. Then we got the bus home, I refuse to walk anymore. In total we walked for nearly 3 hours on Monday.

Oh dear I think I might have put more weight on this time round again.

I just couldn't be bothered to exercise. I felt so down. Can't wait for the sunny days to come, o how I hate the darkness.
