Mother Of The Bride Finished

Sorry I have been every remiss and extremely lazy in not completing my Mother Of The Bride Blog.

Gemma & Tom got married on 30th May 2008 it was a beautiful day. Here is Tom and his mum, dad and brother

I was so proud to walk Gemma down the aisle to give her away to Tom.

Yes I cried. I gave my bag to Sue to mind so I had no hanky I have no idea who passed me a tissue but who ever it was thanks.

They make a beautiful couple

If you want to see more photos of Gemma and Tom's wedding just visit my facebook page and you can see them all there.

Thank you for reading my blog and encouraging me, I did loose some weight but of course it has gone back on and a little more. So now I will have to start and really keep up my work out regimen and get rid of all those unwanted stones/kilogrammes.

Goodbye

Suzy

It's nearly here

5 days to go and Gemma's bouquet still not finished but it will be.

I am borrowing some jewellery from Gill, Dad and hopefully Patrick so she has something borrowed from her Grandmothers.

I will put them in her bouquet for her. She has a silver sixpence for her shoe and something new and blue. So all that is sorted.

It is fun seeing other peoples photos from Gem's Hen Night.

You will have to become a member if you are not already to see the photos. I will be putting Gemma's wedding photos there as well as here, so you will be able to see lots of them.

Have to go now off to a concert at the New Arena in Liverpool to see some tribute bands first rock concert ever

It was Gemma's Hen Night on Saturday night Nich and Julia organised it very well. Every one seemed to be having a good time.

Next time I got to a bar I will ask what type it is before asking for pernod in a vodka bar

See I told you all having fun Pity it was James Holy Communion today or Pam and I would have stayed out instead of catching the last bus home. oh well not to worry.

Update

OK what has happened sine I last posted any thing.

Shoes

Still no shoes MEGA disappointment and worry there is only 60 or so days left before the wedding. at this rate I'll be walking Gemma down the isle in my bare feet or a nice pair of cream flip flops they are so comfy (only joking Gem).

The hair
Well I let it go change colour but now there is no longer any grey. Stuart has has used his magic hands again and now it is RED again.
The Flowers

I have made a buttonhole and a corsage for Sue's Mum (I hope she likes it).

I am just waiting on some different flowers then I can make up Sue's and my corsages. Gemma's bouquet is going to look super i think, I hope well of cause it will!!!

Just got to think what to do with Tom. Luke, Ross and James' buttonholes of cause theirs have to be slightly different from the other buttonholes and Ross and James have to have different than Tom and Luke. I'm getting into florist mode now my living room has boxes and cans with wires and tape.

Do you want a to see the stuff I've done so far? If you want me to make you something for the wedding just let me know. Here is the link for the flowers so far I will be adding more as I make them.

Gracie has offered to help so she is banned from the living room. Charlie just has a look and climbs on the couch and watches before he falls a sleep. (there the cats by the way).
