I've been bugged

Well since I last wrote my weight has decide it doesn't want to go down; oh no, it wants to play see saw Marjory door. The thin lady in me is screaming let me out of here but the fat one says no its still my turn to play. Well I have decided it is time to stop playing silly children games and get down to the really hard work .

For my Birthday Garry got me a years subscription to FITBUG. Well that bug goes every where with me, his name is Borris and he likes it best when Garry is not around so we can have a rest.

Borris connects to his big house via USB and uploads all his information he has gathered for the day, which include; ordinary steps, aerobic steps, kcals used and distance traveled.

I have type in what I have eaten and the programme works out how good you are been with you intake compared to what you burned. Each week you get a personal newsletter from FITBUG and give you a new goal to reach for the next week.

Week 1 you do and eat the same as normal and fill in the data.
Week 2 is when you have to start to work. Due to Garry taking me on a million mile walk yesterday the FITBUG people think I can do lots of exercise now, thanks Garry!!!This week I have to reach 14200 regular steps of which 6600have to be aerobic steps. (does anybody want to wear my bug for the day but don't tell Garry I asked he'd only say no you can't).

I'm getting muscles on my arms now as well. Better not make me angry, so not eating any Crispy Duck around me, the tyrant wont let me have any.

Going now to chew on a carrot :-(

Smirnoff Ice

Went to Andy's with dad, Pam, Norma & Shelly.

Well did you know that you can get drunk by drinking just one bottle of Smirnoff Ice? I didn't. ;-) Not till Saturday night anyway.

Norma, Pam, dad and I went to the corner shop, they bought what they wanted to drink, I was looking for the J20s of course. Dad helped we couldn't find any so I looked for a bottle of Smirnoff Ice, dad found one. It was HUGE well ok about the size of a 70cl bottle Vodka. I bought it and went back to Andy's

By the end of the evening I shocked myself as I had finished the hole bottle by myself!!! I normally only have 1 or 2 bottles if I was drinking it in a pub. I recon there must have been 4-5 bottles in there.

Garry recons I was still hung over on Monday.

April is here and Walking hurts

Well it's April time showers and walks in the sun arrr humbug.

Garry had me walking along the prom again this Sunday, when will I learn??? There is a hill along the prom, last week I had to sit down and catch my breath (if I had taken my inhaler I would have used it) but this week I managed to get up it ok, still a bit out of breath but no where as bad as last week.

Well yesterday is a different kettle of fish. He needed to go to Liverpool for something so we jumped on the bus at the end of the road no problems there. When we got off I said would you like the quick way or the exercise way? We all know what way he picked (tyrant) up steps and down the other side. When we got to the lights I told him look that is where the bus dropped us off, well why didn't we just walk along there then ooh men.

I thought we would go straight to dad's but no we have to get off in Birkenhead and go to work. So we walk from the train station then we walk to the bus station. Visited dad and then we went to pick up my Ebay purchase at the other end of Reeds Lane. Now me I would of got the bus, you know it's a 15 minute walk to the address but no we had to walk and the walk back to the Berket.

When I finally got to bed I had taken 11096 steps, walked 7.63 miles and used up 1365 kcals. I think I was a sleep before 10pm.

This walking lark is no good it is making me tired
